Background
Self-guided touring allows prospects to tour at their own time with little to no human interaction needed.
Description
Prospects often prefer to tour properties at their convenience, which is typically outside regular office hours when agents and the onsite leasing team are unavailable. Additionally, some people prefer not to interact with an agent at all.

To accommodate these prospects, self-guided tours are offered. Because of the lack of human interaction, a web app is necessary to initiate and guide them through the tour.
Edge
By not providing turn-by-turn instructions, we eliminate the lengthy setup process for each unit. Additionally, using a web app instead of requiring prospects to download an app makes our service more accessible.

This product model distinguishes itself by allowing prospects to explore the property at their own pace with minimal guidance, rather than turn-by-turn instructions. The main challenge is finding and opening the keybox to retrieve the unit keys and begin the tour.

No account or app download is needed. Simply enter your email address. If a matching booking is found, you’re all checked-in

The booking confirmation provides directions to the signage/starting point of the tour

On arrival, click the check-in button in your booking confirmation email or scan the QR code on the signage

Find the keybox and go to the next screen for your unique access code, valid only during the tour

Concierge, Smart keypads and Perimeter access devices are now supported with minimal flow and interface changes required.

Chatbot

Just like an agent guided tour, the chatbot feature answers questions about the unit or property and also doubles as customer support.
